The flow of submitting a Final Project proposal for students of the Applied Foreign Language Study Program as follows:
1. Students Submit Final Project Proposals Online
Students submit Final Project proposals via the link
Final Project Proposals are submitted in PDF format with a maximum size of 10 Mb with the following format: Proposal TA_Name of Student_Concentration.
(Example: Proposal TA_Fitri Nur Ratna Saputri_Jepang.pdf)
The collection period is the 1st-15th of each month.
2. Students Collect the Hard File of the Final Project Proposal to the Study Program Admin.
Students collect hard files of Final Project Proposals to the Study Program Admin which are bound using mica colored cream.
3. Study Program Determines Mentors.
The period for determining mentors is the 16-22 of each month.
4. Announcement of the Mentors List
Students can see the list of mentors via website https://bat.vokasi.undip.ac.id/ on the 23-24 of each month.
5. Students Begin the Final Project Guidance with the Mentor
After knowing the mentor, students can start contacting the lecturer for Final Project guidance and every time student guidance is MANDATORY to fill out a guidance card in the SIAP system until 16 guidance activities are fulfilled.
