Timeline of Final Project Defense Registration

We hereby inform you about the timeline for registering the final project defense as follows.

JULY 2024
1 – 4 July, 2024: Registration and verification
8 July, 2024 : Submitting the final project draft to each examiner and supervisor
15-26 July, 2024 : Final project defense

AUGUST 2024
29 July – 1 August, 2024 : Registration and verification
5 August, 2024 : Submitting the final project draft to each examiner and supervisor
12 – 23 August, 2024 : Final project defense

Terms of the final project defense of Applied Foreign Language Study Program:

• The final project defense is held offline.
• Students print 3 copies of the final project report (bound in soft cover with a blue buffalo paper cover) which are then given to 2 examiners and 1 supervisor.
• If the registration and collection of the copies do not comply with the specified period, students will be included in the next period.
