This result shows that students who are currently doing their fourth semester (second year) could also pass IISMAVO. Of the three students, Attiatul is a third-year student while Jauzia and Fernolivia are currently in their second year.

The awardees will join pre-departure training before embarking on their study in the host university. They will spend a semester in the host university. Furthermore, IISMAVO awardees will also get some benefits such as full-cover of tuition fee, return flight ticket, living allowance, VISA fee, and many more.

This achievement is a big reward both for the three students and the Applied Foreign Language program. Last year, the study program sent a student for IISMAVO 2022. The number of IISMAVO awardees from Vocational College, Universitas Diponegoro, is increasing this year as it will see 14 students to start their life-changing journey through the program.

IISMAVO is a competitive and prestigious program as part of “Kampus Merdeka” (Independent Campus) organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, the Republic of Indonesia. This program is dedicated to expose students with wider perspectives and international-level competencies. This program nicely fits with the vision and mission of the Applied Foreign Language program, Vocational College of Undip, to support the students so that they are well-equipped with relevant skills allowing them to compete in international-scale work and industry worlds.
