Final Project Examination Flow

The flow of registration of the Final Project exam for students of the Applied Foreign Language Study Program as follows:

 

1. Students get approval for the Final Assignment Examination from the Mentor. 

2. Students propose to carry out the Final Project Examination by submitting the complete files collected through the Study Program Admin in the form of: 

    • Turnitin Result (max 30%); 
    • Free of UPT UNDIP Library; 
    • Final Project Guidance Sheet; 
    • Final Project Products, Publication Articles or HKI Certificates; 
    • Draft Final Project (CHAPTER I-V according to the Writing Guidelines at https://bat.vokasi.undip.ac.id/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Panduan-Tugas-Akhir-Mahasiswa-Bahasa-Asing-Terapan.pdf ) ; 
    • FC Final Project Cover and Approval Page; 
    • Complete and Best Grade Transcript (has been signed); 
    • Final KHS (has been signed); 
    • IRS (Include Final Project and signed); 
    • Proof of Last UKT payment; 
    • FC KTP and KTM; 
    • 3×4 Color photo (2 sheets).

3. The study program admin checks the completeness of the files and reports to the Head of Study Program. The Head of Study Program determines the Head and Members of Examiners as well as the time and place of the exam. The Study Program admin makes an invitation letter for examiners in accordance with the direction of the Head of Study Program then gives it to students. 

4. Students give invitation letters and Final Project Drafts to Examiners. 

5. Students do the Exam in accordance with a predetermined schedule with the following conditions: 

    • Students prepare a Final Project Examination presentation with a duration of 10-15 minutes;  
    • Students bring Final Project products;  
    • Students are neatly dressed in white long sleeves, black trousers/skirt, black shoes, plain black headscarf (if hooded) 

6. Students make revisions after the Final Project Examination. After the revised results are approved and pass the anti-plagiarism detection, students ask for the examiner’s signature on the validation sheet. Students who do not submit revisions within 1 month of the Final Project exam are required to take the re-examination. 

7. Students submit their Final Project to the Study Program Admin in the form of hard and soft files. The grade will appear after the student submits the Final Project.
